It is in Super KF, KZ1 and KF2 categories that our drivers, Ardigò, Dreezen and D’Agosto respectively gained the second position on the podium.
Our “family” brand succeded in KF2 category, where the British Nortof (Ricky Flynn Motorsport) with FA Kart-Vortex won; furthermore in all other categories our chassis fought for the victory, actually not less than 6 of our chassis, Vortex powered, won in KF2 category gaining the first ten positions. Same figures as in SKF category where 5 of our chassis are in the top ten chart.
On the occasion of the final Sarno competition (3rd to 6th of June) our Racing Team will have a lot of chances to win the SKF and KF2 Euro Cup classifications and our drivers are amongst the favourite ones to conquer the title.
In SKF category our drivers fought for the success and since the beginning achieved the first lines. At the end Catt conquered the 3rd position of the starting line and Camponeschi the fifth one. Ardigò started 11th due to an unlucky stop in the last qualifying round.
During the very final, thanks to a great recovery, Ardigò gained the second step of the podium fighting for the success with De Vries (winter), his team-mate Camponeschi and Cooper (Kosmic-Vortex), Cesetti (Birel-MBM)and Convers (Kosmic-Vortex).
The last competition for the Euro Cup prestigious title will be familiar, with our Racing Team (256 points) and Kosmic Kart Racing Department (256 points) competing together.
In KF2 category we achieved a smashing pole position with D’Agosto (53”606) and the 5th chrono with Josè Olmedo.
The qualifying rounds saw us winning 2 times, while 3 victories were for Nortof’s FA Kart-Vortex.
During the final competitions D’Agosto gained huge points for the championship and reached the podium once more.
This is our third seasonal podium in the category and worth the Euro Cup leadership, in front of Tony Kart Junior Racing Team (147 points).
As much positive is the drivers’ classification, too, actually other than the leader D’Agosto (points 169) we have not less than 4 drivers amongst the first ten positions racing with our chassis: Nortof (FA Kart-Vortex), Varley, Silva and Kanamaru.

Piccoli, too, had a very well recovery in the final and his chassis performances were manifest allowing him to enter scorings.
OTK BS BRAKING SYSTEM

The demanding Genk circuit need high-performances braking systems as it involves some very strong declutches. A winning element is granted by the front braking system, engineered and manufactured by OTK, named BS7. This label has by now become a synonym of the most evolved and performing braking system on the market.
The BS7 is one of the strongest points of the technical package leading the Tony Kart EVXX and EVR Racer to this continuous international success. In reasearch and development OTK department is a technical équipe and a highly qualified team working with the aim of testing and making a countinuous research of new materials. Actually the main target is to project more and more performing and reliable components.
The fulfillment of the BS7 braking system was permitted thanks to more than 30 years of experience in the racing field and now it is so highly-competitive thanks to modern and evolved tools employed, between them the best three-dimensional software.
While projecting, by using 3D cad systems, it is possible to obtain exact mathematical models, ready to undergo a prototype phase first and a drive-test then.
At the end of a project and development path, aimed at granting high quality standards, the OTK BS7 braking system is produced to enter the top-range Tony Kart, Kosmic Kart, FA Kart and Exprit chassis.
